From 16:00 to 19:00. Needs other than the indicated times must be agreed in advance. Extra fee for the stay of \u20ac 30.00 for check-in before 14:00 or after 20:00. <\/p>

Check-out<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/p>

By 10:00. Different needs must be agreed in advance.
Extra fee of \u20ac 50.00 for check-outs after 10:00. <\/p>

Breakfast<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>

It will be served every morning from 8.00 to 10.00 with typical homemade products, the sweet Italian breakfast is included in the price. Upon request, it is possible to book a savoury breakfast at an additional cost of \u20ac7 per person per breakfast.<\/p>

Cleaning Room<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/p>

The service will be carried out every day from 10.00 to 12.00 in the absence of guests inside the room. In case guests leave the room after 10.00 the service will not be carried out. Sheets and towels will be changed every 3 days. It is possible to request additional linen changes (sheets and towels) at a cost of \u20ac15 per change. Towels left on the floor will be changed at an additional cost of \u20ac10.00 per change.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Payment<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>

Payment must be made at check-in in cash, or by bank transfer the day before the expected arrival date. We do not accept payments by credit cards, debit cards and\/or checks.<\/p>

Confirmation Deposit<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>

In case of telephone or email reservations, a confirmation deposit of 50% of the total stay will be requested, to be paid within 3 days.<\/p>

In case of cancellation, made within the terms indicated in the booking confirmation email, the deposit will be returned, after this date a stay voucher of the same amount will be issued, usable within 12 months from the date of issue.<\/p>

Minimum stay<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>

Minimum stay of 2 nights, we evaluate stays of only one night.<\/p>

Rules<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>

Smoking is prohibited in the facility.
It is strictly forbidden to receive visits and additional guests other than those residing there.
B&B Luna Bianca declines all responsibility for the loss, theft and\/or damage of your property left in the rooms.
Any damage must be declared and compensated immediately to the facility manager.
In case of loss of keys and remote control, guests are required to compensate for them.
