Reservations
Availability request
You can ask us for availability and quotes for your stay by phone, or through the appropriate form from the contact section.
Payment
Payment must be made at check-in in cash, or by bank transfer the day before the scheduled arrival date. We do not accept payments by credit or debit cards.
Confirmatory deposit
To confirm the booking, a deposit equal to 50% of the total stay will be requested, to be paid within 7 days of booking confirmation.
For the 2021 summer season we have eliminated any type of penalty, you can safely cancel your reservation until 7 days before the check-in date.
We will issue you a stay voucher which will be valid for one year in case the cancellation of the stay is imminent at check-in date.
In case of cancellation made within the terms indicated, the deposit will be returned, after this date we will you a stay voucher.
Conditions
Minimum stay of 2 nights, we evaluate overnight stays of only one night upon request for information / telephone booking
The prices indicated may vary during the holidays, with a surcharge of 10 euros per night.For stays longer than 10 days we will apply a variable discount based on the days of stay, subject to direct telephone or email booking.
Possibility of a third bed in the Raggio di Luna room – euro 30 per night with breakfast
Possibility of a third and fourth bed in the Luna Bianca room – € 25 per night per person with breakfast.
Rules
Smoking is prohibited in the building.
It is strictly forbidden to receive visits and additional guests other than those residing there.
B&B Luna Bianca declines all responsibility for the loss, theft or / and damage to objects of your property left in the rooms. Any damage must be declared and compensated immediately to the manager of the facility. In case of loss of the keys and the remote control, guests are required to pay compensation for them.
We are not responsible for any disservices due to total or partial lack of supplies such as electricity, water, telephone line or internet connection not dependent on our wishes.
